Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please reach out to us at least 48 hours in advance. If consultation is not cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time then the fee is non-refundable. If a free consultation is not cancelled within 48 hours a deposit will be required when re-booking a consultation. If the appointment is kept the deposit will be refunded within 7 business days.
